Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was incredible—every bite full of flavor and made with care. The Primavera pasta was a standout: perfectly cooked, fresh, and bursting with vibrant flavors. Service was just as impressive. Hands down the best food in Jasper! Cassius serves up authentic Italian with heart. I tried the bruschetta, arancini, primavera pasta, and lamb shank — every bite was perfection. The lamb melted off the bone, and the pasta was fresh and full of flavour. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, the place is spotless, and the ambience is cozy yet refined. Perfect location too, right in the heart of town. A must-visit for anyone in Jasper. 5/5!
Last minute restaurant change to Cassios as we were walking by. Sorry not sorry to the other place we were headed to. We were blown away by the service and food! I am a foodie!!! We thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We definitely over ate and I don’t regret it. “B” Binura was serving us and he was amazing. We are also big on customer service and he delivered. Great recommendations- even a wine tasting that was offered so we could choose the right Italian wine. He was great with our little kiddo as well. He was attentive and friendly. We appreciated every minute. It is a must try. Their menu is extensive!! Choose wisely. It will all be delicious. Thank you. We will return. 5

Most certainly some of the most pleasant dining experiences .We have had in a long time. The food was exceptional (I had Lamb shank , my wife had primavera pasta and some appetizer like bruschetta , Gaberi prawns and chicken Wow everything just phenomenal , Tiramisu to die for) in terms of both quality and taste as well as being rapidly delivered; the pricing is very reasonable so good value for money, especially given portion sizes. The service was first class: both Lovely and Binura were personable, enthusiastic and highly attentive , and all other staff members that I overheard gave off similar vibes. Lastly, the venue was well put-together, clean, aesthetically pleasing (sleek contemporary look) and the background music was exactly that (instead of being so loud that it’s difficult to hear what someone sat opposite you is saying). Honestly, I very rarely write reviews (usually can’t be bothered, good or bad), but on this occasion I wanted to because I sincerely hope this place does well going forward. Great time and delicious food!! Amazing breakfast & super reasonably priced!! We were there for one of their first days since the fire and it was fantastic! Will be returning and can't wait to try their lunch menu!!
